The apartments can be located on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the sea or the garden, or on the ground floor with a terrace. The residence, surrounded by the fragrant oleander trees from which it takes its name, was built on a hill surrounded by Mediterranean maquis and represents a true oasis of peace and well-being. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
