This home is about to blow you away! With every small detail curated to exceed your expectations, we have a feeling that you and your loved ones will ADORE this home. When you first enter this home, you are greeted with floor-to-ceiling windows, an indoor electric fireplace, cozy furniture, beautiful decorations, a spacious game room, and a gorgeous fully-equipped kitchen! There are ample sitting areas throughout the home for a morning cup of coffee or conversation with friends! Whatever the day holds, this home will be a haven to return to!
We know, contracts aren't the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it's all fun from there! 3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
4. There is a security camera located on the exterior of the home for the safety of the property and our guests. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.
5. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.
6. A 4x4 is recommended to get up the driveway during the winter months.
