A Wave from It All - Waterfront Oasis by the Ocean

Everything was great. The place was clean , newer and nice. I recommend this to everyone. If I had one complaint it was that the photos did not do the place justice. It was far greater than what it looks online.

Centrally located. Just steps away from the beach, Huntingdon Harbor, restaurants, and shopping. Owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Set right on the canal with boats docked right outside your window/ patio. One private parking spot plus one garage, additional on street parking available.

Beautiful beach location. Family from North Carolina loved it. A perfect California experience. inside home was great. plenty of space for the 6 of us. The patio overlooking the canal was relaxing. Will stay again.

Room for family of 6 adults and 2 children to stretch our legs and relax, kitchen worked great for preparing our Thanksgiving feast, but not everything was perfect. Liked: -closeness to beach and restaurants.- Canal sitting was nice -the fire pit was used several times and enjoyed by all-kitchen was well appointedNot Good:-beds are a 1/2 star on a 4 star property. Very uncomfortable and need replacement. A good night sleep was not had by most so the most important “health” helper was the least thought of by the owner. -kitchen needs measuring cups and spoons-exterior was very dirty and had trash on patio with broken lawn chairs and not kept up.Umbrella on table outside was completely unusable and broken. Gas grill was filthy. Garage was dirty and unswept.-hot water in hall bath did not ever work so only the toilet was working. We let owner know but matter was not resolved. -there were no drawers or cabinets or anything to put clothes in. As seniors, living out of a suitcase is less than ideal.Overall the stay worked but for the price and potential that was missed, I would not plan to stay again. enjoyed by all.
