About this apartment rental
Incredible triplex with terraces, air conditioning and free wifi. Located in the exclusive La Romana residence, it offers three communal swimming pools, two for adults and one for children, impressive gardens with lawn, tennis court, paddle and basketball. It is ideally situated in a quiet and child-friendly neighbourhood, just 5 minutes walk from the sandy beach of Arenal de Jávea and all services, such as bars, restaurants and activities.
Accommodation
This attractive and bright apartment, carefully decorated, has 119 m² and is divided into 3 levels. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet and capacity to accommodate up to 8 people.
On the main floor is a stylish living-dining room with two sofas, free WiFi, Smart TV and double doors that open to a beautiful terrace with outdoor dining area and barbecue. The semi-open concept living room has a wooden dining table that communicates with the fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, water boiler, juicer and plates and bowls. The kitchen has an exit to another terrace from which the common areas are directly accessed. On this floor there is also a practical toilet.
From the living room, a staircase leads to the two upper floors. The second floor offers a full bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with bunk beds and another bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Finally, on the top floor are the last two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and another bedroom with two single beds, both with access to a solarium terrace.

Even closer, just 350m away, is the rocky beach "Playa Montañar I", with bathing areas and the seafront promenade that reaches the Port. The old town of Jávea is 3 km away and the airport "ALC" is 101 km away.

Fabulous location and a great sized apartment.
Had to get the hot water fixed as it was connected to an empty gas bottle.

La casa ideal, muy limpia y con todo lo necesario. Romy siempre pendiente. Muy cerquita del canal , playa del arenal, paseo marítimo y restaurantes. repetiremos!!
