This newly built luxury Beach house at the prestigious gated Cove complex, offers water front living in the heart of Airlie Beach.
This stunning home has everything you need to make your family holiday perfect, with a private pool, outdoor entertaining area and BBQ, you will spend your days on the balcony watching the world go by.
The amazing water views will take your breath away and complement the well designed and functional family home.
The Space:
This stunning home, consists of 4 modern, spacious bedrooms (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs) and 3 conveniently designed bathrooms, ensuring comfort, space and privacy for your whole group.
Downstairs you will find the large, airy, open planned living, dining and fully functional kitchen area, a fantastic spot for entertaining and making memories with your friends and family.
Through the patio doors and the large balcony overlooks the water, and the world class Port of Airlie Marina. It is our favourite place to relax and watch the world go by. The sparkling plunge pool, situated just off the patio is perfect to take a dip and cool off on those warm Whitsunday afternoons.
If you wish to head out, the numerous bars, cafes and restaurants of Airlie Beach main street, are all a flat, short 4 minute walk away.
Guest Access:
The house and pool, located in the exclusive gated Cove complex, is completely private to you and your guests.
The Neighborhood:
Gated and secure - close to the marina and from there a short walk to the main strip of Airlie Beach
No cars/trailers are allowed on road. Please park on the driveway only. No boat or van parking within estate
Other Things to Note:
Now, why not treat yourself to a holiday in the Whitsundays, with the Great Barrier Reef at your door step.

We recently celebrated our 10-year wedding anniversary at this beautiful home and it was the perfect choice for our family of seven. The spacious 4-bedroom house had everything we needed—comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials like a dishwasher, oven, fridge, and microwave. It made our stay so convenient and enjoyable.
The back deck was a standout feature, offering stunning views of the marina. We loved starting our day with coffee there and ending with a BBQ as the kids splashed around in the pool. The location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the Port of Airlie and a 15-minute stroll to the main strip of Airlie Beach. We felt safe, secure, and completely at ease during our stay.
Whitsunday Vacations provided the perfect setting for a memorable family celebration. We couldn’t have asked for a better place, and we’re already looking at planning to returning.
