About this apartment rental
Located on the seafront of the amazing Puerto Pollensa bay, this first floor apartment is the perfect place to stay at if you are looking for a nice relaxing week. The property stands out for it's location, not only you can enjoy a lovely breakfast or meal while taking in the breathtaking views of the bay and the mountains, the apartment is conveniently a short walk distance away from the shops, bars and restaurants of the town.
The apartment provides one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, which has a bath with overhead shower and a seperate walkin shower. There is a second bathroom with a toiket and sink. The apartment is for a maximum capacity for 2 adults and 2 children. In the main living room area there is a comfortable sofa that can be made into a sofa bed and can fit 2 children. Something else that makes this apartment stand out is the convenient amount of space that you can find in the living and dining room area. This area opens up to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything that you would need to enjoy your self catering holiday here in Mallorca. The aparment offers free air conditioning and wifi.
Also, on the ground floor of the building you will find a cafe/bar which is open from early morning until later at night, making this an easy option to enjoy any meal if you don't feel like going far from the apartment at some point during your stay.

Even more amazing than we dared to dream! Wonderful location and views. Uplifting and buzzing town in fantastic position with a bit of everything. We really loved it. And look forward to coming back. Minor suggestions would be more welcome information and air conditioning in bedroom, a jug and a tea pot. But it was otherwise magnificent! Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at the property which is in a great spot almost on the beach. The bar cafe below the property is great for breakfast and the staff are really friendly. It maybe a bit noisy at the height of the season but was perfect in April/May. There are some lovely restaurants within easy walking distance and the Pine Walk is lovely.JS Rentals staff are all very helpful and respond quickly to messages and any queries you may have. Would recommend.

This is a lovely property in an unbeatable location directly across from the beach down the quieter end of the main boulevard. The hosts were absolutely lovely - great communication and really helpful and welcoming. The bar downstairs was an added bonus! Highly recommend.
