It is the guest’s responsibility to pay, at the end of the rental period, for water, electricity, and gas consumption during the contracted period. To this end, meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out.
Upon check-in, the guest will receive a copy of the condominium’s bylaws and internal regulations, which must be strictly adhered to.
Parties are not permitted.
Any fines imposed on the unit for non-compliance with these rules during the rental period will be the guest’s responsibility, as will any damages
caused to the property and its fixtures, third parties, and the Condominium by the occupants of the house.
The host will provide a housekeeper for daily cleaning, as well as a pool attendant.
