Punta Esmeralda, 4 bedroom, luxury condominium with spectacular view.

The property and condo are beautiful, the view from the condo is spectacular! The beds are comfortable, TVs and wireless worked very well. Kitchen is missing some items like serving or mixing bowls and BBQ tools There is also no place to put groceries (we were there for a month).Fernando was always very responsive and very easy to work with. There are 8 pools on the property, 3 of which are heated. There is also a restaurant we really enjoyed. There is a spa that offered great massages and mani/pedis. The biggest problem with this complex is the location. We had to take taxis everywhere. There is nothing nearby. It is about a 2 mile walk via the beach to La Cruz. We would then take the Collectivo bus back to the complex for 10 pesos. But it is very difficult to make the 1.75 mile walk to Bucerias central. There are large rocks that you need to climb over when the tide is out, they are slippery! The condo is on the 5th floor of a building at the top of the complex. To get to the beach you walk down the hill to the stairs and then it’s down about 6 flights of stairs. There is a funicular, but it didn’t work. We enjoyed watching whales in the bay with our spectacular view! The view and Fernando’s customer service really make this place.

Great property. Safe and clean. Not many ubers in area but security can get taxis quickly. 25 mins north of the airport. Would stay again.

If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing place to recharge away from all the hustle and bustle with the best view ever, this is your place! If you want to be where the action is, you can easily get there by bus, taxi or Uber. The condo itself has everything you need to feel at home. The bedrooms are large, each with their own bathroom and patio. The beds super comfortable. Fernando, the property manager is top notch! Easy to communicate with and eager to help in any way. We would absolutely stay here again ❤️ Thank you for such a fantastic stay!

Although we only stayed one night because of meeting other family the next day, we had an amazing stay ! Fernando was so so helpful and accommodating with everything from the transfer from the airport for 4 adults and 2 children to stocking the condo with the groceries we ordered to having a very tasty welcome snack once we got there and also allowing us to stay a bit longer than checkout time.
