This is a preauthorization, not charged and released at check-out if not needed. Credit cards usually are refund in 2-3 days, while debit cards can take longer. Please contact your financial institution for more details.
This is a timeshare resort, you are MY GUEST, that means you HAVE NOT to attend any timeshare presentation .
Timeshare tour is not required but may be offered by the resort for incentives.
WE DO NOT promote, endorse or encourage any sales pit however is up to you to accept in case it is offered, again, you are not required.
PLEASE CHECK OUR CANCELATION POLICY. Always is smart to buy a travel cancelation insurance, this way you always can have full refund in case you cancel.

Rules for changing dates: 1. Reservations made in promotional dates cannot be changed. 2. Changes (adding or removing days) can be accepted at least 7 (seven) days before check-in and are subject to availability.
3. Each date alteration has a $50 penalty (decrease in days).

Great place to stay off the Vegas strip! Very close to the Sphere. You can be at a Sphere show in 15 minutes walking there. On site food was solid and the staff was outstanding. A family or a friend’s group can stay for a really reasonable price. We will be back.

We had a wonderful time! The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The resort met all of our expectations and was a great location. We would definitely stay here again should we come back to Las Vegas.

Had a great stay! The location was fantastic for attending a concert at the Sphere, just a short 1 block walk. Super convenient to access the Strip, again an easy two block walk to the Linq. The accommodations were very much suited to our needs with two bedrooms and bathrooms. The location and accommodations of the unit and resort were exactly what we expected and much more enjoyable and relaxing than staying in a casino on the strip. Has a nice balcony to enjoy coffee and breakfast as you start the day. Accommodations of the resort were nice as well, easy access and plenty of space at the pools to relax. Very family friendly and accommodating for those with children. Also a bonus, the location and proximity to the airport makes for a quick arrival and departure.
