The kitchen is well equipped with an electric stove/oven, full-size fridge, dishwasher, coffee pot, tea kettle, toaster, crockpot, and all of the dishes and cookware you need to prepare delicious meals at home.
There is also a private fenced backyard with a charcoal smoker and comfortable shaded seating for your enjoyment.
You will find the location of this home extremely convenient to restaurants, shopping, groceries, and many entertainment opportunities. Access to the Augusta Canal Trail and Savannah River is just down the street in the neighborhood. It is a wonderful place for walking, biking, or boating. This house was fantastic and provided everything we needed. The cleanliness is no joke. It was extremely clean and charity, the owner is so quick to respond and lovely to work with. We hope it’s an option for next year.
