I made a same-day reservation and requested separate beds, but was given a single double bed instead. I only needed a place to leave my things and change since I spent the night out, but the room condition was still very disappointing: the closet was dirty, the safe was broken (and dirty with some red stain inside), the bedsheets looked very worn out, the door kept sticking to the floor, and there was no phone to call the front desk. While the floor and bathroom didn't look dirty at a quick glance, the overall maintenance was lacking. To top it off, the listing advertises a swimming pool but fails to mention it is closed for maintenance—which was one of the main reasons I booked here.
On a positive note, the night staff who checked me in was very friendly. The morning staff wasn't quite as welcoming, though that mattered less to me since I checked out early anyway. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.
