No Smoking. - $400 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
No Pets 'Strictly enforced by the Condo Association'
No Parties.
No Trailers.
No cooking food that creates an unpleasant living environment for other tenants, such as curry and fish.
No candles
Check-in is after 4 pm
Check-out is before 10 am

This condo is fabulous...spotless and like its brand new! All furniture and appliances are in perfect condition inside and out. The view is unsurpassed, and the pool deck is huge, bright and beautiful. We love it here and will stay here again.
