Jewel Broadbeach Luxury Apartment - CoastHM

the view right onto the ocean, the apartment was fab. good location walking distance to Skydeck go early for the buffet breakfast and ride up for just over 40 per person.

a nightmare to get into the building first time. lucky we stopped at the office before due time as they were about to close, email had said open till 5. was advised not the case on weekends, luckily lady was there to assist getting the key out of the lockbox she had to open it from the other side to get us the key. master bed had roll together, not enough towels.

Great location, amazing views. Very spacious

Aircon hard to operate

Loved the location and layout of the apartment. The view was phenomenal. The amenities perfect. Overall fantastic and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Coming from international, it would've been better to get communications sooner about a few things. It wouldn't have wasted our time if we knew initially that the wifi instructions in the apartment were not actually the proper instructions. Since we didn't have wifi we couldn't communicate with the manager. If they had sent the instructions sooner before we arrived into the country, we would've received that in a timely manner and avoided the frustration of having to figure it out ourselves. Additionally, we were not informed that the beach towels that matched the towels at the pool were not exchangeable since we didn't have the hotel pass.. That was also not explained. So we turned towels in at the end of the first day, but weren't entitled to replace them for the subsequent days.

Location, beachfront.

Toilet never worked in main, notified CHM, they returned email that it was, stating a tradie had been out? timestamped vids show the toilet not working, shower in ensuite temperamental, beds hard, pillows flat. Average.
