Jewel Broadbeach Luxury Apartment - CoastHM

Loved the location and layout of the apartment. The view was phenomenal. The amenities perfect. Overall fantastic and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Coming from international, it would've been better to get communications sooner about a few things. It wouldn't have wasted our time if we knew initially that the wifi instructions in the apartment were not actually the proper instructions. Since we didn't have wifi we couldn't communicate with the manager. If they had sent the instructions sooner before we arrived into the country, we would've received that in a timely manner and avoided the frustration of having to figure it out ourselves. Additionally, we were not informed that the beach towels that matched the towels at the pool were not exchangeable since we didn't have the hotel pass.. That was also not explained. So we turned towels in at the end of the first day, but weren't entitled to replace them for the subsequent days.

The apartment we stayed in was beautiful. I loved the enclosed balcony which was great for the kids, it had a fully appointed kitchen which made it easy to cook so we didn't have to eat out all the time. We had access to the Langham's pool and bar etc which was beautiful! In addition to the pool in our tower, sauna, steam room and gym. It was perfect for our family of 4 with two young kids (2 and under). Also right on the 705 bus route, so was easy to get to pacific fair, Broadbeach and sea world if not up to walking / don't want to drive. Would also be great for two couples as you have the two separate bathrooms / large wrap around balcony and sitting areas.

We had some issues with the car park Fob which was frustrating as we arrived with two kids in the car and had done a food shop. So took a bit of time to get that all sorted but more of a minor inconvenience.

Modern unit with beautiful views easy access to pool, beach and dinning. A fantastic location!

Check in at 3pm is too late. It was 3:30 by the time we picked up keys and arrived at unit door. Pillows were terrible. Flat and lumpy. Ended up with a very sore neck. Dog wee smell in the outdoor area.

The location was great , absolute beachfron at Broadbeach as well as swimming pools at the property

It was difficult to get in and out of the car parking area , 3 floors down and the key that Coast Holiday Management gave us did not work . The apartment also had blinds on all windows and 2 of them in the master bedroom fell down during the night , so was not a quiet retreat we were after !! We notified the Coast Management and reported the incident , they said they would send a maintenance person to fix the blinds but no one came or even called us back to let us know what was happening , so it was very disappointing !!!
