The location was excellent. The apartment was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Having a lift was great. Initial communication was excellent.
It was hot inside and the air conditioner does not turn on until July 1, so while there is an air conditioner it does not work all year. Fans would have helped to circulate the air. Also, the pillows were uncomfortable.

There is no breakfast included.
Not knowing german language, I couldn't understand all functionalities, like adjusting room temperature. I had to find for myself how to operate the lights and blinds (by remote control). Also the water flow is poor, maybe because it's the 6th floor. However, for instance when you flush you can not use water in the kitchen sink. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker :)
