The location is within walking distance from Main which made going out for shopping, dinner and drinks very convenient. Street parking is abundant. The house was well maintained and clean. Bedding was wonderful! Everything was spacious and didn't' feel crowded with our party of 8. I would absolutely book here again.

Small but clean and functional property. Perfectly located for downtown Fredericksburg.
We had to wait past 4pm to check in as cleaning took longer. Also despite having a washer and dryer they did not provide and laundry detergent.
