Stort og fint. Rent og ryddig. Leilighet i 11.etg. Der var det luftig i hjørneleiligheten, pent utsyn også. Gangavstand til stor shopping mall, kort vei til 7/11 for enkle innkjøp. Grei avstand fra severdighetene i D.C; Metrorail eller 10min Uber.
Det skulle være pool på taket av bygningen, sto det da vi bestilte. Dette viste seg å være vinterstengt fra midten av september.

Location and space
Noise in bedroom with shower en-suite from boiler cupboard was so loud kept us awake. Using shower in bathroom with bath caused a noise. There was no kettle and not enough towels for each guest. There was no tea towel and no hot water in kitchen. Gaining access to property on arrival was awful got app but couldn’t use it as didn’t have a USA phone number as we were travelling from UK, took three calls to customer service to get door unlocked.

Nice location & neighborhood. The apartment is spacious & clean. Liked that each room has its own bathroom & do not have to share. The staffs were very helpful, answering questions quickly.
The bed in the larger bedroom that I stayed at was a full size bed, instead of queen size. It was so small that we have difficulty sleeping. We couldn't sleep the first night because we have no room to turn our bodies, & we are average size people. It is not comfortable to sleep in the same position all night. My husband ended up sleeping in the opposite direction, with his head at the end of the bed, in order for us to sleep a little more comfortably. The room is very spacious, so I don't understand why a small size bed is put in there.
The check in instructions were provided the day before my travel. Since the check in procedure is so tedious, requiring to download an app in order to get into the apartment, & also have to set up an account & authenticate my ID, it would have been better to provide the instructions a few days earlier, so that we have more time to do all these requirements. For me, the day before I travel is usually the busiest with packing & arranging all the last minute things. I do not want to have to spend more time on figuring out what to do in order to get into the apartment. Actually, the app didn't even opened the door for me when I got there. I had to call to have the host open the door remotely for me. But the app did help me locked the door when I checked out.

Enkel ondraaglijk heet water in ene douche, geen afwasproduct of schoteldoek, geen locker, verwarming maakte veel lawaai, verlichting werkte deels niet
