Suitable accommodation price and location should not be the determining criteria.

The owner was friendly only on the first night when I arrived later than the scheduled time, gave me a city map and recommended buying a bus pass. I liked the modern design and ventilation ceiling lamp in the room, the swivel chair and the comfortable bed, but the blanket was too warm. Very private and quiet, the accommodation is secured - a phone lock on the front door, a bus stop in front of the house. Close to the city center - 15 minutes walk.

A 60s-70s style city apartment in a high-rise building, limited view of the yard, or rather no view at all, the opposite wall had a dirty window. There was no permitted terrace where a guest could step out. A dirty platform for drying laundry was visible from the dirty kitchen window. The windowsill needs cleaning. An old window curtain with a broken edge was used as a bed sheet? The pillowcase is different from the set. The plastic frames of the shower cabin are in terrible condition. The owner has rules for guests everywhere, but the hygiene in the details leaves something to be desired. The horrible floor brush and water jug need replacing. The cameras in the living room and kitchen monitored every step? Suitable for undemanding people and for short-term stays. I wouldn't have commented, but the owner refused to communicate with me.

Perfect location for sight seeing, everything is walkable distance. However plenty of busses and amenities around. The host was really lovely and accommodating of my request to leave my luggage for a few hours after checkout. I would book again if in Malaga

Okay for an overnight stay

There are several amenities in close proximity including restaurants and late night convenience stores, the corridor as you enter the building smelt delightful, and contacting the host/getting access was easy. The place was quiet on the night I stayed and the bed was comfortable. I had an early morning flight, and it was easy and cost-effective to get to the train station/airport in the morning.

The room and apartment had a strange smell. Matching and better quality bedding would improve the experience massively. I gave the shower a miss due to limescale.

The owner is a nice person

I had to check in late at night due to a delayed flight, but the owner was very kind and explained everything to me in detail. He even told me about nearby restaurants that were open late on WhatsApp because I missed dinner.

I only stayed there for one night so I have no complaints about the room, except that it is a bit of a walk from the train station and the main attractions of the old town.

Excellent location, very central and peaceful too. Great stay at Kaz Bedrooms.Kaz was extremely helpful,hospitable and welcoming.Helped me to park my car.Room was freshly painted with a new, comfortable mattress.House rules were simple and reasonable.Bathroom and kitchen were well-equipped and spacious.Kaz also guided me what to visit in Malaga and gave invaluable information about the life in Andalusia.Everything was at a walking distance.Beaches are nearby and gorgeous.Night time was quiet and serene.The room was super value for money.I fully recommend.

Not sufficient at all! To be improved a lot!

Unfortunately, some people think that having a house/room on Booking just means earning easy money without doing anything. As in this case. There was no service and no attention to the guest at all! Main problems was: - Difficult to have an invoice - No possibility of leaving luggages for a few hours the day of leaving (I had to walk around all the city, under the rain to find a free locker, which is also expensive) - Very bad ratio between price and quality - Bathroom not very clean

flat with very dirty bathroom

I did not stay in the flat, because the toilet was very dirty (the floor was black with dirt and the shower was horrible too), i just could not use that bathroom. so i left there 5 minutes after my arrival. when I got there the guy who received me said “i have to clean the bathroom” and later when i texted him to tell that i left the flat he answered me “the bath is in perfect condition”, he lied. the only thing positive was the bedroom, apparently it was clean.

De locatie: nog net op wandelafstand van het centrum (15 tot 20 minuten)

De badkamer was niet proper en de douche is dringend aan een opfrissing toe. Geen flexibiliteit wat de inchecktijd betreft. Zeer weinig parkeerplaats in de buurt, terwijl bij de beschrijving gemeld werd dat er voldoende parkeerplaats was.

UN ASCO, FALTA DE SALUBRIDAD, NO DEBERÍA TENER LICENCIA PARA FUNCIONAR. ES UNA ESTAFA.

Fue horrible

Alojamiento sucio, ropa de cama usada, parecía alojamiento de indigentes un olor a suciedad increíble, sin salubridad, se pagaron varias noches y en la mañana siguiente se entregó la habitación sin devolución de nada pese a las quejas, se enviaron fotos donde se evidenciaba la suciedad de todo el hospedaje, se intentó dormir en el suelo con la maleta y cosas personales con mucho asco, porque la cama daba asco, parecía que en mucho tiempo no lavaban las sabanas, gassss. No se resolvió y no se devolvió el dinero. El anfitrión fue grosero, realmente fue una estafa. El peor alojamiento vivido. Y a parte se contrató el alojamiento para una persona pero eran dos, el anfitrión en el portal de la puerta del edificio cobró el excedente por bizum, pero vaya sorpresa cuando se entró al alojamiento, es un alojamiento ilegal porque tampoco te dan factura, no hay nada, incumplen con toda la normativa, basura en el baño y cocina, no sé como permiten que esta clase de alojamientos funcionen. Esto era inhumano. Ojalá booking tome medidas o las autoridades de inspección porque de ellas presentaremos la queja, además porque en el momento de la reclamación el anfitrión bloqueó nuestros números telefónicos ´para no dar la cara. De esto se enterará las competencias administrativas de control ya que hasta ahora ni la devolución ni nada se hizo por ese anfitrión.

L'appartamento si trova a circa 20 minuti di passeggiata dal centro, lungo una via principale. Il proprietario è stato flessibile con l'orario di check-in e ci ha accolti all'arrivo. La camera era abbastanza pulita, il prezzo giusto.

L'appartamento è molto vecchio, così come anche gli arredi e non risulta molto accogliente. Dalla camera vicina si sentiva un altro ospite che parlava a voce alta al telefono in piena notte - sarebbe opportuno migliorare l'insonorizzazione.
