The location is great and the compound is quiet, which greatly offsets the fact that you don't see the beach or the sea from where you are. The swimming pool is the greatest because it is right next to your doorstep.
The dining table is weirdly high or may be the chairs are too low. A work-friendly table/dining table may offer those who need more ergonomically comfortable.
