Dobra lokalizacja, bezpieczny zamknięty parking, względnie cicho, bardzo miła obsługa w recepcji.
Pozostawione po poprzednich gościach pantofle, buty, rozlatujący się uchwyt na papier w łazience, zaniedbany taras z pozostawionym brudnym mopem, dwie wersalki zamiast podwójnego łóżka, wystrój, meble jak w latach 70-tych, braki w podstawowym wyposażeniu aneksu kuchennego ( naczynia, sztućce ), stara mikrofala.
