    My experience with the hotel management was disappointing. Yesterday, I requested to change my room because it was too hot. The room change process took about one hour, which was much longer than expected. Today, when I checked out, I asked about an item I had left behind during a previous stay and gave the staff my previous room number. They told me it would take only 15–20 minutes to retrieve it from the storage room. However, I have now been waiting for over an hour, and I am still waiting for my item. The delays and poor communication are very disappointing. I expected a much more efficient service.

    I am compelled to express my strong dissatisfaction with the services and staff performance during my stay. The experience was marked by repeated errors, significant delays in responses, and unacceptable delays in completing services. Although I acknowledge that the hotel may be experiencing increased pressure due to the closure of nearby hotels, such circumstances do not justify the level of inefficiency encountered. A hotel that presents itself as excellent is expected to uphold high standards of speed, accuracy, and professionalism at all times, regardless of operational pressure. Unfortunately, this expectation was not met.
