The staircase is a serious safety issue. The wood finish on the two bottom treads blend into the floor below them and become virtually invisible, creating a false sense off where the floor actually begins. I took a very hard fall on them while there. I wasn't injured, but can easily see how this could create serious injury for others and expose the owner to legal liability. I strongly suggest adding reflective strips to the two bottom tread edges. It's not nice looking, but in my opinion the risk clearly outweighs the aesthetics in this case.

The train track 150 feet from the house was a noise nuisance as was the flight path into and out of PBI.
