Le calme de l'appartement, son accessibilité (à 2 pas du RER D), et les équipements nombreux et bien pensés malgré la petite taille de l'appartement, tout y est !
Les fortes odeurs de remontée d'égout dans la salle de bain, mais ça, vous n'y pouvez rien !

Preis Leistung ist top, gemütliches Viertel. Einiges aus dem kleinen Platz rausgeholt. Vermieter hilfsbereit.
Es wäre schön, wenn es noch einige Küchenutensilien geben würde (z.B. Größerer Topf, Besteck, Salatschüssel)

La propreté et emplacement
Il est mentionné café et thé mais pas de capsule café. Le lavabo de la salle de bain bouché donc obligé de se laver les dents dans l’évier de la cuisine. Fuite sur le pommeau de douche et aucune pression pour eau chaude seulement eau froide. Et voisin extrêmement bruyant!
