1 Bedroom Studio in a Supurb Area of Cardiff

Location was great

Noisy Cold Mouldy No hot water Electric shower didn't work Floor sticky Smelled really strongly of cigarettes

Space heater did not work, room was freezing.

They had a bed.

We arrived and nothing seemed off, but when we got into the room we realised much had been missed. The oven did not heat up and the fridge was not plugged in or did just not work. The boiler was broken and didn’t even have a light to say it was working or on and no hot water ran through the taps. Moving to the bathroom there were no towels, not one throughout the room or in any cupboard. There also was no toilet roll , unsure if that’s due to the toilet roll handle being completely broken off the wall leaving a hole. Thought this was weird with toilet roll being specifically mentioned on the room amenities. The clock pictured is missing the diles and only has the numbers on the wall. And the clothing rail is nowhere to be seen. Other than hooks on the back of the door. Wifi signal is weak and didn’t connect until we tried again at 10pm. Over all it was underwhelming, nothing like the pictures anymore seems as if some kids stayed there and ruined it but nothings been done to fix the situation.

Location advertised as superb approx 40 minutes walk from centre on a busy junction making sleeping difficult. On arrival needed toilet & to get washed up . No toilet paper , no light in bathroom & no towels. . No tea or coffee . Fridge defrosted with water on floor .

Close to nearest bus stop to city centre.

Grubby flat, dirty bins and shower.no clothes hanging doace. Or side cupboard for clothes. Cracked bath and holes in ceiling and bathroom walls. Very tired room.needs complete msje over abd repair.this site won't allow me to post picture evidence of room 1A

I liked nothing about this bedsit

Broken shower which would not drain Broken WiFi which did not work once Broken kitchen Not a single window that opens The whole building stunk of cannabis constantly The neighbours were up all night every night The host did not respond to a single message The flat itself was dirty and damp The kitchen didnt have even a knife to prepare food, the fridge was dirty and defrosting. Not a single place to hang or put clothes away The carpet left my feet dirtier than being outside The bathroom sink was cracked and leaked.

It was filthy, marks on carpet holes in walls, paper hanging off the ceiling, sink had a hole leading to the pipe no sink plug, toilet was dirty, towels had marks on them windows frame was mouldy, curtain nets were grumpy, the whole place was just not in a fit state to let people stay

Stained floor Shower door fell and hit one of us Radiator fell off in the middle of the night Peeling paint
