The absolute stand out at this accommodation was the location!!! Situated at the back of the property, having the view of a dam and bushland, a stocked fire pit, and still being close to the Howard township. It is situated where stayers have solitude and privacy. The owners live on the property, and were only a phone call away if ever we needed anything.
This is not a bad thing, but we did miss not having a TV, however this just made us have more appreciation of our surroundings.

The tiny house was ideal in almost all respects. In particular, its location (a good distance from the host house), its site (in bushland, overlooking a small dam) and its peacefulness (apart from a small amount of traffic noise at times). The tiny house was comfortable and well appointed.
The only comment is that the design could have allowed more flow-through ventilation, instead of mainly fixed windows. The house could become too warm in summer, although it does include an adequate air-conditioning unit.

Very comfortable, clean Tiny House. Perfect for my overnight stay for work. It was very peaceful next to the dam, and the property is lovely. Great communication, easy to access. Highly recommended.
