Swimming pool (1.2m) & water playground was nice! Host gave clear directions on obtaining key & locating parking lot & apartment. Room: comfortable beds. Host was ok in response & provided disposable cutlery & new toilet paper (tissue paper actually) when requested.

Host did not reply about the early check-in enquiry and when arrived early, was told unable to check in yet and there's a fee if check-in early. Despite checking in only at 6pm, the cleanliness was disappointing. Toilet: old & dirty toilet paper, toiletries rack was rusty. Slippery floor when wet so pls exercise caution. Booking site indicated cooking facilities however stove could not be switched on, no pots/pans, etc. We had already bought groceries. Host later informed that "House rules" (not indicated anywhere on site) that no cooking allowed. Host contacted housekeeping to clean again at night on day 1 as there were insect droppings in drawers as well as a dead bug. Hairdryer can't be used as there was smoke coming out when first turned on.
