Appartamento piccolo, accogliente è molto fresco.Rifornito di tutto il necessario.Location molto vicina al centro del Aquila, tantissimi supermercati a 10 minuti.Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la vicinanza dei bellissimi percorsi per la montagna.Pierfrancesco molto gentile è ci ha fornito un sacco di posti per mangiare è visitare.Grazie mille per tutto

Staffs&Host 9/10 : Fast responses and willing to provide lots of informations and I left some things in the room after check out. The host informed me very quickly and trying to help me. Service 10/10: 1.Pet friendly with no extra charge 2. Private secured parking with no extra charge and always available during the stay

Facilities 2/10 : 1. The plants in the garden grows wildly which makes the garden very muddy and even in the winter time , insects came into the room ( because of the higher temperatures) , I found 1 centipede and 2 little scorpions during the stay. 2. The entrance of the room filled with rainwater and when I came into the house I tried to change the wet shoes but unfortunately the floor is very dirty with dust and mud ( I believe it might be from the previous guest ) 3. Kitchen without hood makes the room became very wet or filled up with the food so I need to open the window which - 4. The heating system is a pellet stove and set to be operated over 21 degrees. When I want to cook some food , I have to open the window and the pellet stove stopped working , and it takes time to start again. 5. Temperature during the night , pellet stove wasn’t working due to some reasons ( lack of pellets / wrong sensor / full ash tank etc) and lead the room very cold. 6.Cleanness : the kitchen plates and the tools stink with previous guest’s food. 7. The toilet systems have malfunctions: The toilet flush system stuck sometimes and I need to push the button gently for several times in order to stop the water from running away. 8. Entrance door of the accommodation , lock cannot work very well due to the high humidity that makes the door enlarged and you can only open half of it. / the window of the door supposed can be closed with the wooden shelter but they were enlarger cannot be closed. So the thin curtain cannot cover my privacy during the stay especially during the night when outside is lack of lights and indoor is bring. The other guest can see me when they parked their car. Location 5/10: Close to the center around 30 mins on foot but need to walk in the motorway and then some stairs , during the night , the small windows are not double glazed so the motorway noise came into the room.
