Quiet. Fully-equipped. Pleasant, home-like surroundings.
Lockbox needs to be oiled so that it is easy to open. Key for lower handle lock on front door does not insert easily. Blower fan for furnace/AC is way too loud. Property, when one does not have a car, is far from attractions and fun activities.

I liked the quiet peaceful setting, everything was comfortable.
I didn’t like that the bridge going over to the pool area was closed. There were tiny little bugs throughout the apartment, not sure what they were.
