La situation centrale, le calme et la décoration.
Le confort du lit dont les lattes du sommier étaient cassées et/ou manquantes. Pas de réactivité pour y remédier avant notre départ alors que la remarque avait déjà été faite depuis plusieurs mois La kitchenette est mal équipée en ustensiles pour cuisiner, les poêles dont le fond est rayé, manque de casserole, bouilloire, couteau d'office...
