I had a nice stay in this apartment. The lack of internet is the only reason I would not stay again.

The place was nicely done, a small studio perfect for a short stay in Paris. The place looked better than the photo.

I didn't like that there was no internet. It was really the only negative. The owner tried to help me with that but in the end I just borrowed friends' internet (which was inconvenient.) I've never been in a place in France that didn't have it, but I guess some people don't need it. There wasn't a fan, but I ended up not needing it. During hot weather, that would be a must, I think. The microwave was impossible to figure out but if you keep spinning the button it eventually turns on.

Natale a Parigi

Posizione eccezionale, se si atterra ad Orly è molto semplice arrivare all'appartamento: si prende la M14, fermata Gare de Lyon, da qui 15 minuti a piedi lungo il Boulevard Diderot. Ci sono molti negozi, boulangerie e supermercati, insomma non manca niente. Consigliatissimo

Forse l'unica pecca è la mancanza di un aspiratore in bagno e le finestre del monolocale difficili da aprire

Bonne communication avec le propriétaire qui est très arrangeant sur l'heure d'arrivée et de départ. Logement propre et très bien situé avec les équipements annoncés. Annonce conforme à sa description. Seul critique s'il en fallait, la literie qui est à changer (lit affaissé au centre).

Si possible changer la literie. L'immeuble est extrêmement bien situé et la proximité du bar en contre bas n'est pas tant un souci, les gens sont assez respectueux. En revanche plusieurs soirées dans l'immeuble jusqu'à tôt le matin et ce même en semaine.

Ottimo studio, al suo interno si può trovare tutto l'essenziale per un piacevole soggiorno, la posizione è ottima (a 3 minuti si trovano metro e bus), nonché la disponibilità del gentilissimo Maxime. Ci ritornerò sicuramente se mi ricapiterà di trovarmi a Parigi

Beau petit refuge avec hôte super courtois sur une rue douteuse en soirée.

Julien était d'une grande courtoisie et toujours très rapide sur les retours de mes appels. L'appartement était très bien équipé. Café, serviette, savon à vaisselle, sucre, tisane étaient disponibles. Il y avait même un ventilateur ce qui a été grandement apprécié dû aux grandes chaleurs de passage sur Paris.

Les oreillers n'étaient vraiment pas confortable. Le soir, c'est une rue fréquentée par des gens douteux. Je ne me sentais pas en sécurité. Il y avait une drôle d'odeur d'égout qui venait du caniveau de la douche.

A localização do apartamento é boa. Fica próximo a Gare de Lyon.Tem uma estação de metrô muito próxima (Diderot), bem como um ótimo supermercado e restaurantes para todos os gostos, inclusive McDonald's.. O apartamento tem um tamanho bom e é bem equipado. Tem uma cama boa, sofazinho, mesa de trabalho, mesa para comer. A cozinha é bem completa de utensílios. O proprietário do apartamento é simpático porém não o conheci pessoalmente, o que acabou me gerando um certo stress, tanto no check-in quanto no check out.

Para chegar ao apartamento é preciso subir três bons lances de uma escada tortuosa e com degraus desgastados. O banheiro é um pouco pequeno e exala um cheiro desagradável do ralo, depois que você toma banho. Talvez seja necessária uma limpeza mais profunda. O fogão por indução não estava esquentando e quando eu tentei usá-lo, a chave geral do apartamento caiu. Na primeira vez que isso aconteceu fiquei no escuro sem saber o que fazer. Mas depois encontrei o quadro de energia e me safei. O apartamento não tem internet wi-fi o que é muito ruim nos dias de hoje. Quase inaceitável, por assim dizer. Vi que havia um modem atrás da televisão mas estava desligado.Tive dificuldades para dormir porque havia vizinhos fazendo muito barulho no apartamento ao lado. E o isolamento acústico é ruim. Há também ao lado da cama uma espécie de pilar por onde desce provavelmente uma coluna de esgoto. Então de vez em quando se ouvia um barulho desagradável de descarga descendo pelo cano. Quis lavar umas roupas mas a máquina estava desligada e não havia como chegar o cabo da lavadora à tomada. No check out, o proprietário não apareceu e tive de acertar uma taxa em cash e ficar sem troco. E ainda por cima não consegui de jeito nenhum abrir um pequeno cofre que fica do lado de fora da porta de entrada para depositar a chave. Acabei trancando o apartamento e jogando a chave por debaixo da porta.

Très bon séjour

L'emplacement était idéal pour mon séjour, commerces à proximité tout comme les restaurants (un Vietnamien très bon au pied de l'immeuble). Très bon accueil, le propriétaire est disponible, cordial et prévenant. L'appartement est bien équipé. Peu de circulation la nuit dans la rue.

Sa situation géographique est bonne , car cet appartement se situe prêt des commerces , des restaurants , des supérettes, du métro et non loin de la gare SNCF de Paris gare de Lyon

Cet appartement donne directement sur une rue animée . Il est situé au 3em étage sans ascenseur. Celui ci est très mal isolé et le bruit est important. Le port des boules quies est indispensable si vous souhaitez dormir . Si vous conversez avec le propriétaire , n'omettez surtout pas de le lui dire Bonjour Monsieur si vous souhaitez qu'il vous réponde !
