    It's an apartment, they did not accept Agoda booking caused us too much problems forced us to pay at hotel again. Bad behaviour, the location is not a good point also it was not that clean

    I booked 4 rooms via agoda 10-days before the actual stay date. Just a day before the stay, I get a message from the hotel saying that the accommodation for the booking cannot be provided, since I did not lift the call. But I never got a call at all.
