Apartament Dream&Snow

A wonderful and cozy place. We really enjoyed our stay here. We were welcomed with a bottle of gooseberry wine and a bottle of mineral water on the table, which was a very nice touch. The apartment is located in a new building in a quiet and picturesque area, with everything within walking distance. Having morning tea on the balcony with a partial mountain view was truly relaxing and memorable.

However, the apartment is already in need of some maintenance and minor repairs. The central chandelier is too bulky, takes up a lot of space, and is also cracked and hanging loosely with exposed wires. There is a chip on the corner of the cooktop near the touch control panel, which could accidentally cause injury. The power outlet near the coffee machine is broken, with the internal parts visible. The bathroom sink drain is clogged, so the water drains very slowly, and most of the paint on the faucet has peeled off. I also had to clean the upper shower head myself from limescale buildup to restore proper water pressure. There were no washing machine capsules provided, and the detergent compartment already has mold inside. Some of the blinds also need replacement. We also had to clean the air conditioner filters ourselves, as they were clogged with dust.
