I liked the serenity of the house and how attentive and helpful the staff (Joseph)was to us. They tried everything to make our stay more comfortable

The bathroom! It needs a complete overhaul Basins are rusted, there’s a smell that won’t go away coming from the drains Posters on the wall are brown and irritating. Plus the down flat where we stayed seems to have such a cockroach infestation. That needs to be treated. There was a big cockroach in the bathroom when we arrived and baby roaches all about the kitchen. Plus the individual doors don’t have a key/lock and that really bothered me a bit security wise cos if someone has access to the general door, they can easily waltz into all the rooms. Zero protection.
