This is one of the better rooms I've stayed in at the Victorian. The owners did a great job of working with what they had with this type of layout. Other rooms say they're fully furnished and stocked with everything you need. But this is one of the very few that actually do have everything all the way down to extra sheets for the pull out bed and a bigger fridge then the others I've seen. I had a very at home feeling.
My only recommendation is the owner should invest in a wifi extender or you should bring your own. Luckily I had my laptop and was able to pick up wifi and hotspot it through the condo. Also I'm guessing the previous people had done a work over on the place cause sand was everywhere but a few days pick up after toddlers took care of that.

Great location: beach two minutes away, Walmart 5 minutes walk. Nearby there are many restaurants, there are very atmospheric places.
Comfortable room, everything is provided for the leisure of children and adults: movies, books, children's toys, beach accessories.
Comfortable mattresses and furniture.
A variety of kitchen appliances: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, roaster, mixer, dishwasher, enough dishes.
Quick settlement and constant communication with our lodging manager. Quick response to problems that arise.
Free wifi, parking.
Pots and pans and the sofa were in poor condition. The exhaust fan in the kitchen was not working.
But we had no need to use them so it did not spoil our vacation.
The lack of glass wine glasses was disappointing.

Air conditioner wasn’t working as expected. Bought a box fan for kids to get air. My daughter couldn’t sleep well.
