Everything was perfekt for my family. The kitchen is beautiful, big, fridge, owen, fool with tools. We missed a bit the microwave.

Alles in allem eine gute Adresse

Perfekte Lage für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Direkt am See und bei der Altstadt. Viel Restaurants und Bars in der nahen Umgebung. Privater, gedeckter Parkplatz

Die Dusche ist eine Zumutung. Für Selbstversorger ist die Küche ziemlich karg ausgestattet.

Herunter gekommene Wohnung, nicht empfehlenswert!

Freundliches Personal, Blick auf den See

Duschabtrennung im Badezimmer war katastrophal, total verschimmelt, viel zu niedrig, ging mir nur bis zum Kinn (bin nur 1.64m groß). Schloss auch nicht dicht ab an der Duschwanne, so dass das komplette Badezimmer nach dem Duschen unter Wasser stand. Größe wurde mit 110 qm angegeben, tatsächlich (geschätzt) ca. 65 qm. Vermutlich wurde die komplette "Dachterrasse" dazu gerechnet, die war aber eigentlich nur für Raucher zu nutzen. Häßlicher Blick auf das schmutzige Dach des Hauses und die umstehenden Häuser. Die komplette Wohnung ist sehr "in die Jahre gekommen", viele Schranktüren hängen schief, Steckdosen zum Teil defekt, Herdplatten funktionieren ebenfalls nicht alle, Dachfenster durchgefault. Fazit: Niemand kümmert sich um die Wohnung und sie ist den Preis von 120€ pro Nacht (im September) auf keinen Fall wert!!!

Accessibilité pas idéale compte tenu de la rue très passante sans trottoir devant la porte d’entrée. Appartement clair mais sans vue, les fenêtres du salon s’arrêtent au niveau des genoux environ

Appartamento bello, pulito e ordinato. Eravamo 5 adulti + 1 bambina e avendo 2 camere da letto + 1 divano letto in soggiorno siamo stati comodissimi come spazi. Davvero un'ottima soluzione!

Buona posizione in riva al lago, struttura da rimodernare

Appartamento di ampia metratura, posizione in riva al lago (occhio all'uscita, a filo su una strada trafficata, potrebbe essere un orbita con bambini piccoli). Tisane e caffè a disposizione degli ospiti

Struttura datata, ma con grandi potenzialità. Tuttavia, da rimettere in po' in sesto: arredo datato, porta del bagno che si chiude male e cigola molto (di notte può essere un fastidio per o compagni di viaggio), terrazza carina ma poco fruibile.

Non vale minimamente il prexyo.

Posizione comoda per visitare Lovere e dintorni del lago d'Iseo.

È sulla strada principale, quindi c'è un rumore continuo notte e giorno di auto, pullman e camion. Poco pulito in terra, bagno piccolo con doccia minuscola inaccessibile, cucina troppo sfornita, sarebbe stato utile avere un bollitore elettrico più pulito e nuovo, un minimo di comfort tipo biscotti e fette biscottate o qualcosa di merenda e acqua fresca in frigo (come accoglienza avuta in tante altre case con Booking). Qualche pentola in più, cucina e accessori più puliti. Problema con finestre del lucernario sottotetto senza oscurazione e senza che tengano i rumori. Troppo caro veramente per quello che è.

Appartamento con ampi spazi, comodo parcheggio gratuito anche coperto, pratico per raggiungere il centro a piedi passeggiando lungo il lago. Diverse utilità anche per lunghi periodi di soggiorno in totale autonomia. La gestione da parte di Hotel Lovere, a pochi passi, rende la fruizione pratica e sicura, grazie anche alla gentilezza dell'accoglienza per il check-in, offrendo ulteriori servizi come il noleggio biciclette. Diversi servizi sotto casa: ristoranti, bar, lavanderia a gettoni, area servizio auto, supermercato.

Malgrado la posizione logisticamente ottima l'appartamento, per i miei standard e abitudini, risulta rumoroso a causa del sottostante ristorante e della strada principale d'ingresso a Lovere. Il bagno è la stanza che più vi colpirà, soprattutto se siete più alti di 170cm: un ricordo in testa per qualche giorno è assicurato 😖😉

Carino ma con alcune problematiche

Posizione centrale, vista lago, appartamento carino

Bagno assolutamente non adatto al numero di persone che l'appartamento può ospitare, in particolare la doccia che, come segnalato in numerose recensioni, causa fuoriuscite di acqua ogni volta che viene utilizzata. La posizione centrale su strada ha come aspetto negativo il fatto di essere un appartamento molto rumoroso cosa che si nota prevalentemente di notte, e soprattutto, a causa del portico costruito sul marciapiede, l'uscita dall' appartamento è davvero pericolosa essendo costretti praticamente ad uscire sulla strada con macchine che sfrecciano velocissime.
