LunaRoxx, 6 Meadow Gardens, Kilgetty

Nicely decorated house in a good location for exploring Pembrokeshire. All the usual modern conveniences were available at the property. We liked the fact that we were able to park directly outside the front door on a dedicated space, making loading and unloading very easy. Kilgetty had a reasonable choice of takeaway options and a decent sized co-op supermarket. All of these things are within a 5 minute walk of the property.

Outdoor garden furniture is in need of replacement. Almost all cushions are filled with water following exposure to the elements. One of the chairs is collapsing. We eventually used our own furniture. In the kitchen, the lower level oven appeared not to work and there were no instructions supplied for any of the domestic appliances. We tried to contact the owners on this matter via the Booking.com app but received no response. The door to the back garden is in urgent need of adjustment, where the hinges have fallen, making the door almost impossible to open and close. This may result in permanent damage to the door, if it is not corrected very soon. The outdoor rubbish bin had not been emptied from the previous occupants, making it difficult for us to clean up at the end of our stay.

Lovely house, comfortable beds, absolutely spotless. Milk and Welshcakes waiting for us!
