Loved the setting, the porch area, gardens, the dog, Roos etc. Really decent bed. Had a great night sleep

Not a complaint, but just fyi take your own coffee tea and milk. I wasn’t aware there was none so missed my early morning cuppa which would have been awesome on verandah

Peaceful, spotless,quiet.

I loved everything, especially the garden and dog.

Location was key to our visit as a base to explore the region.

Such an amazing place that we extended our stay. Loved the peace and tranquility of the surroundings and the villa was tastefully decorated, modern, well equipped and comfortable. Chich the dog was an absolute gem - loved his cuddles and company. The kangaroos on the lawn every day were an added bonus and we loved to just sit and watch them. The location is great - you need a car but I assume most people will have one if they are visiting Agnes Waters anyway. Sunny was kind and friendly and we feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to stay at his piece of paradise.
