It was a very good size room, amazing location and the washer and dryer came in very handy. Communication with staff was very prompt and I received answers to all my queries almost instantly.
The air con was leaking onto the bed and the pillow. This was annoying when sleeping as it dripped right onto my head. I let the staff know and the acknowledged the problem right away. The shower also had a silly design which caused the entire bathroom floor to get wet no matter how much you tried to contain the water, this was a bit annoying as it took a while to dry.

La struttura è in pieno centro, vicino a tutte le attrazioni. La zona è molto bella, con bar, ristoranti e tanto altro. La stanza ha tutto ciò che può servire ed è pulita. Lo staff lascia anche delle capsule del caffè e lo zucchero per usare la macchinetta del caffè, molto apprezzato per un italiano. É al quinto piano ma c’è l’ascensore.
Per entrare nel palazzo c’é un cancello che porta nell’atrio e da cui si accede al palazzo. Di sera l’atrio non è illuminato ed è capitato di trovare una persona ubriaca che dopo il nostro accesso nel palazzo provava ad entrare con il codice senza riuscirci ovviamente. Quindi, suggerirei di mettere una luce che illumini l’ingresso.

Molt bona ubicació. Personal agradable. Instal·lacions netes.
Poc equipada la cuina, no hi havia ni microones, ni cafetera, ni extractor de fum per cuinar. La nevera feia molt de soroll i per la nit no podiem dormir. La mampara de la dutxa era molt petita i sortia l'aigua quan et dutxaves.
