Wonderful had everything you needed

Great space for a family get together. Plenty of room for a large family and the pool with the slide is a lot of fun. The craft room was also a wonderful space for small creative minds.

I was messaged the morning of check in to say that the spa was not working and the week of arrival I was told the AC was not working. After years of working in hospitality I understand that these things happen and it did not affect our stay too much. There was also a huge amount bindi's in the lawn which resulted in some little children having very sore feet. Be sure to wear shoes.

The house was lovely. Great kitchen and very comfortable beds. Would be wonderful for families with a big yard and great pool. So close to hunter valley attractions.

What would stop us for sadly recommending this property is the location to the road. It is on a very busy road. During the day it doesn’t matter but all through the night and I mean ALL night there is a fairly constant stream of trucks, cars and bikes. Some of the trucks almost vibrated the house. It was really noisy. If I’m being picky which would help you gauge problems the big deck furniture is grubby and the tv in the family room doesn’t work.
