And also your charges were higher then going directly of same room .That were about 1900/ r charges are More. We complain if rat in room and too many cockroaches in the room. No brooming. Really sorry for not satisfied 🙏

Firstly the hotel is not accept the stay of local guest, the say they allow the local guests. They say you have to check the policies of the hotel. I didn't find any policy of this hotel in the app that the local guests are not accepted. Other hotels have clear instructions about this .When I tell them I didn't find any policies regarding to this on the app after that they allow me to stay.and after 5 hours of stay they call me on the room telephone that a police verification has to done ,if you have any problem with this ,you are free to check out. I don't know where are the rules that say , a police verification is necessary after check in . When I booked the room it's my private space no one have any rights to check if the guests are 18 years or above . This call make me think that I never book the hotel again and recommend others for the stay, specially if you are local guests. If you add international in the hotel name it doesn't mean that you will get the international mindsets and international facilities. I very disappointed with that.
