property was well situated and had all amenities inside.
We did not appreciate the resident upstairs walking around and hoovering from 5.30am on a Saturday morning. The bed was a fold out with no head rest and there was no toilet roll. We were only informed that we would have to wash towels if we used them after we made the booking. The deposit situation was very frustrating too. Booking.com need to know that a deposit is required and the customer needs to be informed of this before they make the booking.
