Super zentrale Lage, in alle Richtungen kurze Wege, Arena und Restaurants ganz nah dran. Ausstattung gut, Zugang unkompliziert (Code und Schlüsselbox). Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Balkon zur wichtigsten Fußgängerstraße. Natürlich ist es bei der zentralen Lage auch etwas lauter als außerhalb im Grünen, es ist aber erträglich.
Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung könnte besser sein. Müllbeutel sollten zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Kein persönlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

The accommodation was lovely, provided a comfortable bed, spacious kitchen/dining/lounge area and a bathroom. The kitchen included a kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom included heated towel rails and a washing machine.
The location was amazing with the arena located less than 200 metres away. The Xmas markets were in the square beside the arena. Major stores in the adjacent street. The location was excellent. Wifi was good. A small lift services the upper floors, we only used it for luggage.
We had an unfortunate incident with keys, which was reported and should be resolved now.
