    Very tidy hotel and extremely kind staff, both at the front desk and restaurant. The room was very modern with all the amenities you can think of, even had a kettle for late night ramen. Well located, 5 min walk to major train stations and with a family mart across the street. The cocktail menu at the lobby bar was a tad limited, but the friendly staff more than made up for it. Would go back for sure.

    The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable for a family of three like us. It is also located within walking distance from a few really good coffee spots so morning coffee was not a problem at all. Only downside is that it is located some distance from a train station so navigating with luggages and a pram would be quite a challenge. Other than that, the hotel is great!!

    The breakfast was extremely disappointing and, frankly, one of the poorest hotel breakfasts I have experienced- of course relative to price point. The biggest issue was that the quality and taste were very poor, making it difficult to enjoy anything. What was particularly unacceptable was that even the cook-to-order eggs were served cold. I genuinely cannot understand how an egg that has supposedly just been cooked can arrive cold. For a hotel of this standard, the breakfast was simply not acceptable. Hot food should be hot, freshly prepared food should actually be fresh, and the basic quality and taste needs do improve significantly. Other reviews mention variety, but what’s the point of having variety if nothing taste good!
