A great stay, with all we needed and was very relaxing. The property seemed dated and we had a few issues here and there. Was great value for money.

We were warmly welcomed on arrival and assisted with our luggage, which was a good start. However, when we got to our room, the key did not work. The staff were helpful and managed to let us in while the key was charging, but we were surprised to find that the room could also be accessed through the balcony of the adjoining room — which raised safety concerns.
The room itself was not very clean, and the bathroom was in poor condition with visible mould along the edges. It definitely needs renovation. The toilet did not flush well and had a bad smell.
The food options were repetitive throughout our stay and unfortunately not labelled, making it difficult to know what we were eating. On a positive note, the young lady at reception was lovely and very accommodating. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage after check-out so we could continue to enjoy the resort for the rest of the day.
The ice cream bar was never in operation, despite being informed it was available. Overall, while there were some friendly staff and convenient amenities, this hotel does not meet five-star standards. I would rate it a three-star experience.
