I recently stayed at this little hotel in Bogotá and had a wonderful experience. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with all the facilities I needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety each morning. Best of all, the price was very affordable for the quality provided. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly place to stay in Bogotá

Enjoyed my stay at Grace for 3 days. More of a local experience as far as location/neighborhood, so best for those with some Spanish comprehension. Close to many good, local food options, a little off-the-wall style of aesthetic, and REALLY lovely staff. In particular, ask for help in taxi service and cost to go places so you don't get ripped off. Room was comfy, clean, and loved the mood under-lighting. Only issues that took off a star was that the closet with electronics ran very warm so was a little worried about that, it was a little odd that the windows went out only into an inside courtyard, and the provided breakfast was nice but fairly limited. Would stay again, though!

Llegamos al lugar y había un daño en un tubo de agua, entonces nos mandaron a otro hotel diferente de la misma cadena pero de peor categoría, la habitación era más pequeña y el personal fue muy grosero y tenían muy mala actitud, nos querían hacer un cobro extra de IVA que ya habíamos pagado por la aplicación y desde el inicio no nos querían dar soluciones sino problemas.
