About this house rental
This happy five-bedroom modern farmhouse is on a 9 acre farm, located five minutes from the Eagle freeway exit. The home was fully remodeled in Fall 2020.
With a massive kitchen, dual ovens, granite countertops and more this house is perfect for hosting and entertaining your whole family.
Enjoy the walking paths around 9 acres and come visit the goats, chickens, and pigs on the neighboring property.
The space
The spacious kitchen and dining room feature abundant counter space, beautiful granite, and modern stainless steel appliances. This is a house that's made for entertaining. The farm-style table seats eight comfortably for large family meals.
There is a bathroom with a shower on the main floor near the kitchen.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a 55 inch TV, and it's own separate sitting area. The spacious master bathroom has a large soaker tub, dual sinks, a separate water closet, and a beautiful walk-in shower.
Also on the main floor are two more bedrooms: a large front bedroom with a king-size bed featuring lots of windows and natural light. The third bedroom on the main floor has a queen size bed.
Upstairs are two more bedrooms (each with a large closet and a queen size bed) as well as a full bathroom. The bathroom is setup ideal for large groups with a door separating the toilet and shower from the sinks so it can be used by multiple people at a time.
The garage is converted into a full game room with ping pong, foosball, basketball pop-a-shot, skee ball, and two classic arcade games (Ms Pacman and Midway Defender).
Guest access
The farmhouse is on 9 acres so there is plenty of room and you are free to explore as you'd like. In the summer there is a beautiful blackberry patch on the far side of the field as well as walking paths around the field.
You'll have access to the main house, garage, and yard.
The owners live on the property next door, so if you want a farm tour feel free to ask! There are other airbnbs on the property so if you have a larger group just reach out.
Other things to note
There's parking for up to 6 cars in the driveway and adjacent parking area. Please don't block the driveway or park on the street.

It was a perfect place for four generations (ages 3 - 90) gathering for a family wedding. Five great bedrooms, spacious kitchen, room for games, and lots of activities to keep everyone busy. The youngest loved the game room, wandering on the farm to see chickens and goats, jumping on the in-ground trampoline, and creek stomping. The owners were super responsive and we loved everything about it. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

Great place to stay with family or friends. The place is very open and comfortable to just hang out in. It is on a large property, so it has the feel of being out in the country, even though you are just a bit of the main road. Place was also very clean.

Upon arrival there was poop with swarming flies on the welcome mat, dead spiders & flies all over in the house & huge spiders crawling in the bedrooms. Game room was super fun for kids but also full of bugs. The house is pretty but would not recommend staying here (especially with crawling children) until the bug situation gets figured out.
