About this house rental
New! Located near the best beaches on St Simons! The cottage has all the modern amenities you would expect with an open floor plan great for entertaining! The Cottage is conveniently located to the East Beach 0.7 miles the Old Coast Guard Station and the World War II Homefront Museum. Only 1.2 miles away from St. Simons's Pier Village with many unique shops, great restaurants, a fishing pier, working lighthouse, and more! 4 Free bikes, & paths to connect all of your favorite island destinations!
The space
The main living level features a spacious kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops, the dining room, and the living room area in an open floor plan. Living room has ample seating, a Samsung 65" Smart TV, Echo Dot for easy listening and a DVD player. Adjacent in this open area is the dining table which seats up to 8 people. Master suite includes double sinks, large shower with 6 shower heads and a walk in closet. French doors off the living room lead to a screened in back porch, enjoy entertaining family and friends on those warm summer nights! Upper level: 2 bedrooms, each with their own private bath. Bonus room with writing desk. Plantation Shutters throughout. Lower level: private garage with abundant parking. Making memories one sunset at a time!

(Any additional supplies needed during your stay will be the responsibility of

The house was beautiful with plenty of room. The master shower was to die for! Location was great on a quiet culdesac and we were able to bike to many locations. The host was very responsive and quick to answer. Overall, great stay!
