About this house rental
This spacious 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is great for large families as it has plenty of room both inside and outside and sleeps 20 with beds for 17. It is centrally located to many attractions such as Firekeepers Casino and Kellogg Arena. Easy interstate access makes it a quick trip to all the attractions of Kalamazoo or Grand Rapids too! This beautiful century old home with a grand piano and many antiques. Have fun discovering all of the unique features and hiding places this home offers!
The space
This century old home has 3 living levels and a basement. This is a home that was built in the 1920's, so it has amazing character. There are many doors, stairs, hideaways, antiques and unique features. There is 1 full bath with shower, and another bath with a tiny clawfoot tub as well as the half bath on the main floor. There are mirrors in all bedrooms to assist guests in getting ready.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home other than the garage and locked owners closets and storage.
Other things to note
Please note there is only 1 bath with a full shower and tub. The other clawfoot tub has a handheld shower sprayer.

Was a great space for a large group. Usually when booking spaces for work trips we run into issues with sleeping arrangements but this home was perfect. If you’re looking for a home with a lot of beds/rooms this place should be considered!!

This was a great house for a large group. We traveled to Battle Creek for a power tumbling competition at the Kellog Center. It was a great location and clean and comfortable. One shower for 14 people is not ideal, but I don’t know how that can be helped in an old home. We just tried to stagger best we could. Everything else was great.
