About this house rental
The wooden house features a compact design with a gabled roof, built using natural building materials sourced from the immediate vicinity and the Frankenwald region.
All interior walls are finished with clay plaster and an eco-friendly, breathable clay paint from Kreidezeit.
A total of approximately 55 m² of floor space is available. The living room (> 30 m²) features large floor-to-ceiling windows facing south; the ceiling height there, at the exposed ridge beam, is nearly 4 m, giving guests a feeling of spaciousness.
Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, you have a view of the garden.
The living room, with its wood-burning masonry heater, is the heart of the house. During the cold season, the masonry heater provides pleasant warmth and a cozy atmosphere for evenings spent as a couple.
Slate elements surround the stove, and the stove casing is coated with two layers of clay. The heated mass of the stove generates pleasant radiant heat. You light the stove once in the morning, and even during the cold season, it radiates pleasant warmth all day long.
Pets are not allowed in our house.
