We are excited to welcome CU families to our beautiful and convenient, newly remodeled 3 bedroom house just a short walk to campus. With refinished hardwood floors throughout as well as a brand new tiled walk-in shower and lots of natural light in every room, we are sure you will enjoy your stay. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with a private back patio and large backyard, a well stocked full kitchen with all appliances, a new complete set of pots and pans, and many spices to make home cooked meals, along with a nice dining area make this an ideal place to stay with your family when visiting CU.

This home was cute and cozy. We stay in a lot of rentals, and this was probably the easiest check in and check out. It was also so clean and everything was as listed and in working order. The hosts always responded right away, even before our stay. Showed up to fresh baked cookies on the table! What else could we ask for?! We will be back!

We loved it. It was perfect for the groom to be to have his final breakfast with his family. The only issue was one of the twin beds wasn't comfortable enough for one family member, but the rest of us slept great. It was so relaxing to get away after the planning and wedding before heading home. By the way, both the bride and groom are CU graduates.

Steve and Brandi are outstanding hosts, very thoughtful with homemade treats and a fridge and kitchen stocked with the essentials and beyond. As we visit our children at Cedarville, this will continue to be our preferred destination. I only wish there were more properties like this in town!

We had a lovely time here, and felt well taken care of. Loved the fresh baked, warm desserts waiting for us. Truly appreciated how clean and comfortable everything was. And Loved the coffee maker and coffee available and ready to go. The host also provided an awesome guestbook with guides to area attractions. We had everything we needed to make our mini vacation successful.

Such a great getaway, the home was in perfect location close to yellow springs , we enjoyed Clifton opera house, Piefer Apple orchard for apple blossom 5K and delicious food at a variety of close restaurants .We enjoyed walking around CU in Cedarville which is a wholesome beautiful community! The house was so clean and cozy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My sisters and I loved it and hope to visit again

Steve and Brandi’s home in Cedarville is a perfect spot for visiting CU students. They were very welcoming and the house/kitchen was spotless. We like cooking as a family and this afforded us a nice place to hang out and have conversations while we prepared our meals. Within walking distance and a quiet neighborhood, it offered everything we needed. Thanks Steve and Brandi, we’ll definitely be back!

This was our 2nd time at this house and we loved it again! It's the perfect location when visiting our CU student. Very comfortable and plenty of room to hang out and visit! Probably one of our best VRBO experiences from a hospitality standpoint. All the little extras were there for us. The plush blankets were a definite favorite along with appropriate size coffee filters in place so you didn't have to run out to the store right away. Very thoughtful host. Location to CU is spectacular for getting to see your student and be at events. Listing was very accurate. Already booked our next stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this weekend and it really was perfect in every way. Location was perfect to Cedarville University campus which made it super convenient. Pictures on listing were completely accurate. The home was fully stocked with toiletries and kitchen supplies including some special treats we weren't expecting which made us smile! Beds were comfortable and linens were cozy. My teenager and CU student loved that there were puzzles to do and they completed them both. We were able to fully relax and enjoy our family time together. I would highly recommend this space and hope to stay here on future visits. :)

Steve and Brandi went out of their way to provide a home away from home experience for our crew. The home was very clean, well furnished, and filled with several well thought out touches to make you feel right at home. The home is conveniently located just outside the CU campus making it an ideal location for a college visit. We will certainly be back.
