Calm assured, ideal fisherman.
Chalet composed of a dining room, kitchen (gas stove, fridge, coffee maker), toilet, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds, a shower area, terrace, barbecue, outdoor table, hammock.
Direct access to the 36-hectare stocked pond (carp, pike, bleak, roach, bream, zander)
Electricity solar panels
hot water (gas water heater)
heating kerosene stove plus wood stove
